Terms of Service

These terms explain how PixelServers can be used. Replace the operator and contact placeholders before treating this as a final legal document.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service are between you and the PixelServers operator identified on this website (“PixelServers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading the helper, using the website, or running a server through PixelServers, you agree to these terms.

1. What PixelServers provides

PixelServers is a website and local desktop helper that assists you in creating and managing Minecraft server software on a computer you control. PixelServers is not a remote Minecraft hosting provider. Server processes, worlds, backups, bandwidth, electricity, and hardware remain your responsibility.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to accept these terms. If accounts are added later, you are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use PixelServers to violate law, abuse networks, distribute malware, attack other systems, infringe intellectual property, evade bans, host prohibited content, or interfere with another user’s server. You are responsible for the Minecraft software, mods, plugins, worlds, and content you choose to run.

4. Minecraft and third-party software

PixelServers is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. You must follow the applicable Minecraft EULA, commercial usage rules, and the licenses of all server software, mods, plugins, and content you install. Upstream providers may change availability or terms.

5. Public networking

Port forwarding, public DNS, tunnels, relays, and firewall changes are optional networking features. You are responsible for securing your computer, protecting your public IP address, and checking your internet provider’s terms. Never expose the local helper API to the public internet.

6. Availability and data

The website and helper are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uptime, player capacity, compatibility, backups, or recovery. Keep independent backups of important worlds. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PixelServers is provided without warranties. We are not responsible for lost worlds, corrupted files, downtime, network charges, security incidents caused by your configuration, or actions of third-party services.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by publishing a new version. You may stop using PixelServers at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

9. Contact

Replace this placeholder before launch: support@pixelservers.net. You should also add the legal operator name, business address, governing law, and any required consumer rights before publishing.
